I don't know maybe Iam sick or something could anyone help me out?

Am I sick because I don't have an apatite to eat I mean my stomach growls but Iam not hungry I know know if that makes sense and also i'm weak and i don't really have a drive to do anything like I put 50% into everything I do even if I love to do it but I just cant make myself give more of me and i irate really easily and everything makes me mad I know this sounds like iam lazy or something but really I try to eat and try to give my all in stuff but its like ia don't know and also iam always depressed so maybe that has something to do with it so if anyone can help me out by telling me if Iam sick or if there is something I can do or take every little thing will help so thanks
