Windows 7 Time/Clock Synchronization issues. Help?

I have Windows 7 Ultimate. Just recently the time has been lagging behind, I keep syncing it with time.windows.com in the settings and it works for like a hour, then gets behind by a hour or two again if I don't update it. Is there a fix for this?
