Where did the "___ much?" phrase originate?

Like after an irate comment on YouTube someone will say "anger much?" Or "Gay much?" if someone seems effeminate. That kind of phrasing. Once I seen it in reference to a song that sounded like another band. They said "(whatever band it sounded like) much?" I've only started seeing this expression in the last year or two and I was wondering about what started it?
