Why has the Prime Minister felt the need to stir up negative image of fatherhood - today of all days?

He was talking about ABSENT fathers, those feckless idiots who father children then refuse to maintain or pay for them. I paid for my children like an other right thinking father, I don't see why I should pay via taxes for an other blokes. Drink driving has, for most of the population, become truly anti-social, well fathering children and skipping your responsibilities is just as bad.
